The first thing you may notice about this list is most of these activities fall a few days before the actual holiday. Well, St. Patrick’s Day is on a Tuesday this year, and even though you may be on vacation, the majority of Orlando residents will not be, so necessity deems we celebrate on the 14th! With that said, you’re going have a plethora of celebrations to choose from, starting with the Baldwin Park St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Held from noon until 6, this fun event offers a beer garden, live music, and food trucks serving a mix of foods both traditional and non-traditional.
Lucky’s St. Patrick’s Day Crawl
Also held on March 14th, this green, brew-dacious event promises to be the one you remember least! Starting at 4PM and ending at midnight, this event features a costume contest with a $1000 prize, a map to all the bars on the crawl, and drink specials at each spot on the map. Billed as the biggest St. Patrick’s Day party of the year, professional photographers will be on hand taking pics to help entrants remember all the fun they had. Hiring a ride share is suggested!
Harp & Celt Irish Pub & Restaurant
For those not in the mood for a super-celebration, but still want a taste of Ireland, a visit to the Harp &anp; Celt Irish Pub & Restaurant is in order.
